Cool

The gate in the beginning was pretty cool, the bass not bassey enough take it down an octive and then another, put both octives together and see how that sounds.

Pretty good precussion.

And the melody needs some more POWER, try a soundgoodizer and then add a short deley or reverb (i recommend reverb) and add some 1/32 notes to make it dancier and maybe some arps in the backround or something but thats only if you wanna get funkey :p

Hope you enjoyed my criticism.

CHEERS

LK412 responds:

Ya the bass is pretty weak im gonna fix it up, same with the melody im going to have to EQ that up a bit more.

Ya some stutters in the melody would sound awesome good idea.

Thanks for the review, i really appreciate it :D

Brilliant!

I friggen love it! :p

SupraDarky responds:

Thank ya! :P

Nice sounds and effects!

The beggining was so Housey :) 0:51 such a nice, suddle entry for that little moment of fame for that sound. Super awsome :)

I also liked the chime effect, wasnt to strong but not to light.

I love your style too, kind of trancey housey techno ambient.

Like it man :)

Music-story responds:

Talk about timing. Well I guess I caught your review early. Thanks for the encouraging words. Your right about my style consisting of multiple genres. As always, thanks for the review.

Good work bro.

LK412 responds:

Thanks man!

Hey!

As i listen to this i feel that i am driving in a Need for Speed game. Which if you have played before, there is a lot of GOA trance songs.

-Great percussion, you have always been super awsome with drums and such.

-You have some amazing effects and great sounds. Loving how you are kept the beggining sound all the way till you got a real bass in. Good work.

-Nice backround sounds/melodies, really keeping things interesting. Definatly not one of those boring 4min songs where nothing changes.

-At around 3:12 or so, i would have a low pass filter on that kind of computer/tech sound that you have going. I would have if fade out and then bring it all back in to make a Huge Climax moment. But your transition is still very good.

Love what you have here 5/5 10/10

i envy your massive skills :p

Bye for now, Hope to see some more stuff from you

Music-story responds:

Hi Elph,

I'm not sure who put this review as useless because it was not me.

I have played a few of the need for speed games...not much but its fun escaping the cops. The whole filter and eq automation at the 3:12 ish build up took a while to get down, but I think your suggestion is something I should have done for the best result.

Unfortunately on NG the electronic songs that get noticed are the happy hardcore unoriginal repetitive stuff so its always a good thing to hear from someone else like yourself who also enjoys a more unique electronic music style like myself. Keep up your work. If anything, I'd listen to an original song anyday over the best rated NG unoriginal electronic song.

Bye for now

Honestness

Since i been becoming more involved in my work, i start to notice the fine details in other peoples work. So here it goes...

-Ok, the beggining is good but the kick maybe should just be a clubby kick, not and FX kick. It just sounds like to much is going on.

- The melody at 0:24 is beastly. You can take that somewhere, but to be honest i didnt like where you took it. Sorry. But i think you are trying waayyy to hard to make a melody that people will remember. If you ever heard Children by Robert Miles; you would know that a melody doesn't have to be very fast and hectic for it to be memorable.

- I do like the structure and the Percs. But overall my favorite part was the melody at 0:24.

So i hope my words have helped you. Sorry if it just sounds like im only critisizing. But idk, i must jsut be taking out my Jelousy of how good you are compared to me. But that still doesnt hide the fact that you are trying to hard. Sometimes you should just slow things down, If you haven't heard Children by Robert Miles. Its a must if you want to make a song that people will love.

:p

LK412 responds:

Ill make it an FX kick but not the same one, that one is to crazy.

I never tried to hard on it, i literally took 5 minutes in it, and i dont think its too complicated. You are right though im trying to make a catchy melody and it though this was catchy cuz i got it stuck in my head :P. I've heard of the song but never listened to it.

Thanks for the review, ill keep ur words in mind.
